Brian G. Powell

Brian G. Powell, Esquire is a graduate of Capital University Law School. Mr. Powell is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Federal Court of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Before pursuing a legal career as a labor advocate, Brian graduated from Marshall University's Railroad Conductor Training and was subsequently employed by CSX Transportation Inc. Railroad as a conductor, switchman, brakeman, remote control engineer and yardmaster. Brian now utilizes his specialized knowledge gained while employed in the railroad industry to protect railroad employee rights provided by both the Federal Employers Liability Act and the Federal Railroad Safety Act.
