Brian K Truncali

While other lawyers "cover" Bridge City, Brian grew up here. He attended Hatton Elementary, BCJHS and graduated Bridge City High School in 1978 with honors. After graduation he obtained his Bachelors Degree from McMurry University and his Law Degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. Spending 30 plus years in the Dallas - Fort Worth area, he became an experienced civil trial attorney concentrating in insurance defense, personal injury, trucking and construction litigation. He has tried over 200 jury trials to verdict and is rated as a Preeminent Attorney by a major peer review company. Brian opened Truncali Law in 2019 in Dallas. After the passing of his father in 2022, Brian at the request of his mother l, came home. He opened the Bridge City office in November of 2022.

The firm is a general civil practice concentrating in Family Law (divorces, child custody and adoptions), Insurance Law and Personal Injury, including trucking, premise liability and automobile accidents. The firm also handles probate matters, estate planning and business organization. Having over 35 years of experience Brian is honored to assist and represent the people of his hometown.

Brian is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed in the United States District Courts serving the eastern, western and northern districts of Texas. He is the proud father of two adopted sons. While in Dallas he served on several non-profit boards and was active as a volunteer at his sons' schools, serving as the PTA president at his sons' high school for two years. Keeping his junior high roots, he is an avid fan of the Texas Tech Red Raiders. He also cheers the Houston Astros and San Antonio Spurs.
