Brian was accepted to and attended the prestigious Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College in 2016. The Trial Lawyers College was established by legendary trial lawyer Gerry Spence to train attorneys who represent people and not insurance companies, the government or large corporations.
Brian was selected to the 2020 Irish Legal 100, The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and The National Trial Lawyers Trucking Top 10. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 boys, the outdoors, coaching his sons’ sports teams and working out.
Brian is a strong believer in the Custy Law Firm mission which is to "provide the harmed with real, honest representation built on human interaction and trust."
