Brian is a New Jersey native. He graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. Later in 2003, he matriculated at Seton Hall University School of Law.Brian achieved significant distinction in law school by becoming a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and finishing as a finalist in the Eugene Gressman moot court competition.
In 2006, Brian graduated from Seton Hall University magna cum laude. Upon graduation, he worked three years at a international firm in New York City practicing business and commercial litigation. In 2009, Brian served as the law clerk for the Honorable Judge Stanley Chesler of the United States District Court of New Jersey. Upon completion of his clerkship, he practiced law as a business and commercial litigation associate in Newark, New Jersey.
After several years of doing defense work for large corporate clients, Brian realized that he had developed a strong desire to represent injured plaintiffs rather than corporations. To that end, Brian joined Levinson Axelrod in early 2013 to follow his passion where he focuses primarily on personal injury, no-fault insurance and premises liability. He is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice and the American Bar Association. Brian is an avid golfer and enjoys performing magic tricks for his friends and family.
