Brice Zoecklein

Mr. Zoecklein currently focuses his practice on Plaintiff's Civil Litigation. His team is currently litigating cases throughout the State of Florida in the practice areas of probate administration, estate litigation, insurance claims, family law and business law. Brice Zoecklein grew up in Blacksburg Virginia and attended Virginia Tech where he graduated cum laude and obtained a degree in business management. While at Virginia Tech Mr. Zoecklein ran several successful franchises throughout Virginia and North Carolina. Mr. Zoecklein then obtained his juris doctorate degree cum luade and a Masters in Business Administration from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson University, Mr. Zoecklein was selected by the university to compete in several national and international legal academic competitions. Mr. Zoecklein, along with a few of his classmates, won a National Moot Court competition for Stetson during law school. While at Stetson University Brice also worked at the Center for Advocacy of Elder law and interned with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. After graduating, Mr. Zoecklein took a job at a large insurance defense firm with offices throughout the state. Although the work was rewarding and challenging, Brice soon realized that Plaintiff advocacy and consumer justice were more important and far more rewarding than corporate clients and defense work. Mr. Zoecklein has since devoted his legal career to consumer justice and plaintiff advocacy and representation. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering throughout Tampa Bay.
