Bridget represents clients in a wide range of civil, commercial, and bankruptcy litigation matters. Her experience includes representation of individual and corporate Chapter 11 debtors, bankruptcy trustees, state court receivers, and individual plaintiffs and defendants in Hawaii and Washington State Courts, Federal District Courts, and Bankruptcy Courts, and she has argued before the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Bridget was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2013-2014, and was recognized by Washington Law and Politics Top Women Lawyers in Washington State for 2014.
Bridget was born and raised in Seattle, WA and graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University with a B.A. in Sociology. After graduating from Boalt Hall School of Law (Berkeley Law) in 2005, Bridget commenced her legal career at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii where she served as a Guardian Ad Litem for foster children through the AmeriCorps Program. At the end of her AmeriCorps term, Bridget moved into private practice in Honolulu and later Seattle, focusing her practice in commercial, real estate, and bankruptcy litigation matters. Bridget has returned to and made her permanent home in Honolulu, and joins Bickerton Dang where she is excited to continue her broad litigation practice.
