Brittany Taylor

Brittany completed her undergraduate degree at Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, graduating with a B.S. in Business Marking. After Georgia College, Brittany worked as a real estate paralegal in Savannah for a few years prior to pursing her law degree. Brittany then went on to Charleston School of Law where she obtained her J.D.

During her time as a real estate paralegal, Brittany gained valuable hands-on experience that many attorneys never experience. She worked with the attorneys, clients, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure a smooth closing for both residential and commercial closings.

Since admission to the Georgia bar, Brittany has focused her practice on working as a general practitioner. Brittany has continued to work in real estate transactions while also assisting clients with estate planning, probate, and real estate litigation. She also regularly assists with Hunt & Taylor's representation of governmental clients, assisting with general advising, research, and other issues that may arise.

Brittany is from the small South Georgia town of Leesburg but has recently relocated to Gainesville, Georgia. Brittany is an active member of the Young Lawyers Division for the State bar as well as for the Local Northeast Georgia Bar Association. She is also involved in Women in Law of the State Bar of Georgia and her local involvement includes the Georgia Mountains and Lakes Realtors Association, Hall County Board of Realtors, and Women Source. Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, being on the lake, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
