Bruce H Murray

Attorney Murray is a dedicated trial attorney with extensive experience in personal injury litigation and trial work. Recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as having one of the top ten defense verdicts of the year in 2002. Distinguished as a Top Attorney in North America by the Who's Who Directories 2015-2016. His practice is primarily concentrated in the preparation and trial of cases involving complex general liability, personal injury, commercial and residential premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, pharmacy errors and omissions, wrongful death, professional liability, product liability, construction site accidents, property damage, unfair business practices (c. 93A, c. 176D), insurance claims, arbitration and mediation.

He has tried well over 100 cases to verdict, including more than 65 jury trials in the Superior Court with an exceptional record of results. He has lectured in the areas of trial practice and premises liability for continuing education programs on behalf of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and for the retail and insurance industry. He has served as a volunteer judge for the Massachusetts Bar Association and Suffolk Law School Mock Trial Tournaments. He has served as a volunteer conciliator in the Brockton, Stoughton and Quincy District Courts. Mr. Murray is a Member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association. He and his family have been involved with the Fresh Air Fund, serving annually as a host family.

Mr. Murray is a 1984 graduate from the University of Rhode Island. He graduated from the New England School of Law, cum laude in 1987, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in contracts. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.
