Tyler is a member attorney at Duncan | Kent, PLLC, concentrating primarily in family based immigration and removal defense. As an attorney, Tyler has successfully handled hundreds of immigration matters and represented a diverse range of clients before various agencies including the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of State and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (“Immigration Court”). Tyler is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and represents immigration clients throughout the United States, including at our offices in Mississippi and California.
Tyler also dedicates a portion of his practice to representing those who have been injured and wronged in personal injury cases. Tyler has represented many clients in personal injury cases throughout Mississippi and Tennessee, and has been successful in recovering hundreds of thousands of dollars for his injured clients.
Tyler obtained his law degree cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law in 2011. As a law student, Tyler worked part-time as a law clerk for The Camp Law Firm, PLLC, and participated on the Moot Court Board, serving as the Vice-Chairman of the Board. He received American Jurisprudence Awards (highest grade in class) for Appellate Advocacy. During his time in law school, Tyler also volunteered his time with the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project, underscoring his commitment as a law student to serving the poor and the underserved.
