Carina Izakelian is committed to helping injured workers recover maximum benefits. Mrs. Izakelian has extensive experience representing insurance carriers and employers and uses that experience to provide unparalleled representation to injured workers.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Michael Burgis and Associates, Carina Izakelian was an attorney at one of California's largest workers compensation defense firms, where she represented insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and governmental entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation, including depositions, hearings, and trials.

Mrs. Izakelian earned her undergraduate degree at Pepperdine. In 2014, Mrs. Izakelian earned her Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she served as Student Bar President and a member of the National Moot Court Team, which advanced to the National Moot Court Competition. After she graduated, she was admitted to the California Bar. Mrs. Izakelian is fluent in Armenian.
