Carl A. Feddeler IV

Carl A. Feddeler, IV, also known as Chaz, is a native Lakelander and has been licensed to practice law in the state of Florida since 2020. After growing up in Lakeland, Chaz moved to the Chicago area for his undergraduate studies at Wheaton College. He graduated in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in chemistry, with an emphasis in biochemistry. He then took a year off from school and worked as an ACT and SAT tutor before beginning law school in the fall of 2017 at Florida State University College of Law. Chaz graduated with his J.D. in December 2019. After obtaining his license to practice law, Chaz began practicing with an insurance defense firm in Tampa, learning things from the defense perspective, for a year.

As a kid, Chaz was determined not to become an attorney and not to work with his family. However, God had other plans: he now does both. Chaz is very excited to continue his legal career at Smith Feddeler & Smith and to have joined the team, and family, here.

Outside of work, Chaz is an avid soccer fan and is involved in his church. He also loves to run, read, and hang out with his family.
