Carl Randall Stone

C. Randall Stone is a veteran practicing for over 30 years across legal fields upholding justice and defending the right of his clients. Randall is a serial winner with a history of successes in state and federal court appearances handling trials including first-degree murder, DUI, major business litigation, contract disputes, bet-the-company trials, personal injury, mass torts, and aviation law.

He earned his J.D from the University of Tennessee, LL.M (Tax) from the Willian and Mary School of Law, and holds an M.B.A from the William and Mary Graduate School of Business.

Randall served as an Adjunct Professor of law, which he blends with solid business acumen to provide appropriate representation in IPO, business and tax litigation, corporate finance, real estate, financial and tax planning, and capital formation.

An experienced aviation attorney and licensed pilot, and a member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association. Randall serves as a panel attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, representing clients for over 25 years in various aviation lawsuits such as airplane crashes, contract and commercial disputes, and FAA enforcement actions lawsuits before the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), state and federal courts.

A member of the Arizona and Virginia bar with multiple admissions into courts over the USA, he combines experience and education to deliver impeccable legal services to business start-ups and seasoned companies on taxation and other legal issues.
