      Biography

      Carolyn A. W. Whitworth is a senior attorney in the firm's Estates and Trusts Practice Group. She focuses in trusts and estates, including estate planning and business succession planning.

      Her estates practice ranges from drafting wills and basic planning documents for young adults to developing and implementing estate and business succession plans for the highly successful entrepreneur. Carolyn also assists clients with general business and tax planning as well as estate and trust administration.

      Prior to joining Tucker Arensberg, Carolyn was an associate at both a large and a small Pittsburgh law firm where she practiced in a broad range of areas including trusts and estates, tax, business law, real estate, and health care law.

      Carolyn graduated summa cum laude from Bridgewater College with a BA degree in Economics and Business Administration, and she received her law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary. Carolyn is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
