Carrianna Eurillo is a special counsel attorney with Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP. A native to Bainbridge, New York, people might recall her family's clothing store "Lockwood's Department Store." Carrianna's grandparents initially opened and ran the store for several years. Her parents eventually took over in the
early 1960s. Carrianna could be found at an early age making boxes and, with time, she eventually transitioned to waiting on customers. That experience taught Carrianna the importance of honest work and community.
Carrianna has been admitted to practice law in New York State since 2002. She has extensive experience advising clients on matters relating to estate and wealth transfer planning, special needs planning and guardianships, estate and trust administration, including litigation, and elder law. In addition, Carrianna has meaningful experience advising local businesses, educational institutions, and charitable entities on general corporate counsel matters, including corporation formation, business succession planning, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, dispute settlement, policy and procedure development and implementation, and maintenance of corporate records. In addition, she has years of experience advising the Office of Advancement of a world-class institute of higher education.
Carrianna is a 1994 graduate of Binghamton University. She earned her Series 7 and Series 63 financial securities licenses soon thereafter and developed a sophisticated understanding of financial products. Inspired by her collaborative work with attorneys, Carrianna enrolled in Albany Law School. A 2001 graduate, she earned her cum laude status, with honors in her concentration of estate planning. Outside of the office, Carrianna enjoys spending time with her loved ones, reading, and searching for "treasures" at tag sales.
