Casey Green is the best business lawyer I have used. He is extremely astute and understood my business issues and concerns immediately. He defended me in a business lawsuit not covered by my insurance and spent his time (i.e., my money) frugally but strategically to delivery the best protection at the lowest cost. His communications were to the point and he did not waste my time or money. His critical thinking ability and knowledge of the law served me extremely well. He kept me apprised of his tactics and reasoning throughout the case and effectively explained best case and worst case scenarios as well as most likely outcome at each phase of the case. He was right almost all the time and I never felt blindsided by another party’s action. While his hourly rate may not be as low as some attorneys, I think he is so effective that he ended up spending much fewer hours than would have been consumed by another attorney trying to understand the particulars of the business lawsuit and landscape.
