Biography
I worked for the insurance companies for 10 years before becoming a trial lawyer for the past 37 years. While working for the insurance companies I learned how insurance companies operate and gained valuable inside information. I have concentrated my practice in the area of personal injury including automobile accidents, premises liability, in adequate security, brain damage, and a variety of other types of cases. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.
I pride myself on the personal service we give to every client. I provide my cell phone number for 24/7 access to me personally. I believe that money person hires an attorney they should be able to speak with the attorney and not just a secretary.
I have handled multiple personal injury lawsuits and tried them to a jury verdict. I have gained the respect of claims adjusters and defense attorneys for the insurance company which facilitates fair settlements.
