Charles Hamilton

For more than two decades, attorney Chuck Hamilton has stood shoulder-to-shoulder with injured workers, accident victims, and their families. His passion for helping others started as a young boy growing up in Gwinnett County, Georgia and has extended into a career of leadership positions, exceptional results for clients, and recognition for excellence in the practice of law. However, it’s the impact Chuck can make on the lives of his clients and their families that motivates him to be the best lawyer he can be.

He routinely contributes to the practice of workers’ compensation and injury law by speaking to industry professionals at conferences and continuing legal education programs, and served as the Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section.

Prior to entering private practice, Chuck received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Georgia before earning his juris doctorate from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law.
