Charles Littlepage Allen

Charles' tenacity and meticulous trial preparation have earned him the respect of both his clients and his adversaries. He is a member of the third generation of the Allen family to have worked with the firm. Since joining Allen & Allen in 1983, Charles has had extensive experience handling various types of personal injury cases.

He is one of the firm's attorneys who hosted a local live television show, "The Allen Law Line," which presented discussions of legal and community issues. Charles' primary responsibilities with the firm are as trial attorney and legal practice manager. In his law practice, Charles places a strong emphasis on service and securing excellent results for his clients.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Allen has handled a variety of personal injury cases, making recoveries for his clients ranging from a few thousand dollars to almost six million dollars. Mr. Allen provides litigation support and works on cases primarily from the Richmond, Mechanicsville and Short Pump offices. He is among the third generation of Allens currently practicing law with the Firm, which was initially founded by his grandfather, father and two uncles.
