Biography
You deserve an injury attorney who is a FORMER INSURANCE ADJUSTER and a FORMER INSURANCE DEFENSE ATTORNEY. Attorney Chelsie Lamie is both and she has been fighting exclusively for accident and injury clients since 2008.
Attorney Lamie was trained by insurance companies to minimize and defend against the claims of car accident victims as an insurance adjuster and, after graduating from law school, as an insurance defense attorney.
Chelsie understands what motivates insurance carriers to fairly settle claims and has enjoyed using what she learned as an adjuster and insurance defense attorney for the benefit of our injury clients. In 2008, Chelsie switched sides and began practicing exclusively plaintiffs personal injury.
Chelsie is an accident survivor herself, having been hit head-on at over 100 miles per hour while she was a student at Stetson University College of Law. Chelsie knows first hand how a crash or other serious personal injury can change your life. She and her team pride themselves on giving each client the personal attention that their case deserves.
