        My son and I sought out Chris when the insurance company did not want to pay for my sons stolen and totaled car. We had to go through an audio and video taped deposition. Chris was with us the entire time. After that we were made to prove that his wallet was stolen in the robbery. Chris wrote a strongly worded letter pointing out that we had cooperated with everything asked of us and it was time to pay. They in fact paid the claim. Chris made us feel like we were important, not just another client. The claim was over 30k and he won that for us. Without him we would have been left out to dry owing on something we no longer had.
