Christian Shiyou

Christian Shiyou, is a native of Collins, Mississippi. He received his B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi, and his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law.

While attending law school, Christian received clinical litigation experience through Mississippi College School of Law’s Youth Court and Adoption clinics. He also worked with the Forrest County Prosecutor’s Office as a limited practice student attorney where he assisted in prosecuting cases in Forrest County Youth Court and Justice Court.

Since 2021, Christian has been engaged in the general practice of law in Hattiesburg and Columbus with Shiyou Law Firm. Christian is a member of the Mississippi Bar and is admitted in all State and Federal courts in Mississippi.

He is married to Hannah Shiyou and they are active members in the First Baptist Church of Columbus. Christian also serves the state and local community with the Civil Air Patrol where he is the Director of Cadet Programs for the Mississippi Wing. Christian also serves as a pilot and a Search and Rescue team leader with the CAP.
