Christina Stripp

Christina Stripp practices in commercial litigation, environmental litigation and family law.

A graduate of Rutgers University, Ms. Stripp graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers School of Law - Newark, where she was admitted to the Order of the Coif and was awarded the Rutgers Academic Achievement Award for Excellence in the Field of Professional Ethics. She served as Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Law Record.

During law school she participated in the Community and Transactional Law Clinic, where she assisted in LLC formation, helped non-profit corporations with their annual filing duties and with obtaining tax-exempt status, and served as court-appointed counsel to represent an alleged incapacitated individual during a guardianship hearing. Prior to joining Cohn Lifland, she held a clerkship with the Hon. Mary Gibbons Whipple in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

While in law school, Ms. Stripp was a judicial intern with the Hon. Alberto Rivas, at that time the presiding judge of the Criminal Division in Middlesex County, and the Hon. Rosemary Gambardella, of the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Ms. Stripp has volunteered with the Volunteer Lawyer's for Justice Consumer Justice Pro Bono Clinic.

Ms. Stripp is a member of the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
