I have a dedicated civil trial practice emphasizing personal injury, real estate and land disputes, and a general civil practice including divorce, will, trust and estate disputes, and small business. I have practiced in state and federal Montana courts for more than twenty years. I went to Harvard college, and I also went to the University of Colorado School of Law where I was an Articles Editor on the Law Review. I have tried cases to juries in state and federal district court, and I have handled appeals before the Montana Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I have been admitted to practice in Colorado (inactive) and Montana (active), and I've been admitted to the United States District Court of Montana, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States.
