Cole Fulks

Cole Fulks has been practicing law in Texas since 1991. He has been both a criminal law prosecutor and defense attorney, he has practiced family law, probate law, and social security disability and consumer bankruptcy. He has tried cases to a jury several times, and has represented many clients with a variety of legal issues. Cole Fulks is a native Texan, and a graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and the Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. He has a son and a daughter pursuing nursing degrees through Tarrant County College. Cole Fulks is a Workers Compensation Attorney with the Bailey and Galyen Law Firm, and daily represents injured workers. Cole Fulks brings his varied experience in the law to make sure that the injured worker represented by the Bailey and Galyen Law Firm receives the due process they are entitled to receive, and the fair outcome they deserve.
