Cynthia A. Jones

Cynthia Jones represents residential real estate developers, project finance organizations and homeowner's associations in both North and South Carolina. Ms. Jones handles legal issues surrounding the acquisition, disposition, construction, management and development of residential communities. Her background includes the coordination and review of property portfolios and multi-state acquisitions.

Cynthia Jones is active in the Mecklenburg Bar Association as well as Community Associations Institute. She is a frequent speaker to management companies and community associations and provides guidance to clients on various community association issues. Ms. Jones supports clients by providing assistance in general association matters as well as collection matters for community associations.

Ms. Jones is admitted to practice in all North Carolina state courts, the U.S. District Court, Western District of North Carolina and South Carolina state courts.
