Daniel Alan Williams II has practiced at Duke & Heath since 2018. Prior to joining Duke & Heath, Daniel was a Judicial Law Clerk in the Coweta Judicial Circuit where he clerked for the Honorable Dennis Blackmon, Bill Hamrick, and Dustin Hightower. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and South Carolina. His principal areas of practice include plaintiff’s personal injury, family law, and criminal law. Daniel regularly represents clients in courts in Georgia.
Daniel graduated from The Appalachian School of Law Magna Cum Laude and in the top 5% of his graduating class. Before law school, Daniel graduated from the University of West Georgia with a B.A. in Philosophy.
In law school, Daniel was the Executive Editor of the Appalachian Natural Resources Law Journal and the Chair of the Moot Court Executive Board. Daniel was a law clerk at the Street Law Firm, LLP where he drafted and revised appellate briefs to the Virginia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Virginia.
