Biography
Daniel F. Gallivan graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 1972. Since then, he has been practicing law in the New York area, including the five boroughs, and Westchester, Rockland and Orange counties. Mr. Gallivan serves as trial counsel to the firm, Gallivan & Gallivan, Attorneys at Law, in medical malpractice, personal injury, criminal and DWI matters. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his personal injury and medical malpractice clients. In addition, his reputation for representing criminal defendants is unparalleled. Mr. Gallivan has tried many criminal cases to verdict with excellent results. Mr. Gallivan also has extensive experience in representing individuals in real estate and wills/estates matters. Client needs are the priority at all times when Mr. Gallivan represents an individual. Mr. Gallivan is an active member of the New York State Bar Association.
