Daniel Gonzalez, Esq. has more than seventeen years of experience practicing exclusively criminal defense. He completed his undergraduate studies in Law and Justice at the College of New Jersey and received his Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Gonzalez served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Dennis V. Nieves J.S.C., in Middlesex County Superior Court. Thereafter, Mr. Gonzalez worked as a staff attorney for the Middlesex County Public Defender's Office, where he gained a tremendous amount of courtroom experience handling a high volume of criminal cases.Mr. Gonzalez has defended those accused with nearly every type of criminal charge from investigation to trial verdict. He has attained positive results for countless clients, including many not guilty verdicts, pre-trial motion success and pre-indictment investigation of matters that resulted in clients never being charged.
