Daniel Flaherty

Daniel Flaherty practices in our DuPage County office, where he handles a wide range of civil litigation matters, including tort litigation, dram shop litigation, premises liability, insurance coverage matters, and subrogation. Daniel’s past legal experience includes personal injury litigation, insurance defense litigation, and subrogation. Dan has successfully argued numerous jury trials to verdict and handled hundreds of arbitration hearings

Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas. Dan later earned his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law, where, in his second year, he was a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association trial team competing in a regional trial competition in Boston. After law school, Daniel worked at the Public Defender’s Office of Douglas County.
