Biography
Attorney Dan Linebaugh is certified as a specialist in Personal Injury. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1985. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from Youngstown State University. He is also license to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
