Daniel R. Ormsby

Daniel is a Nevada licensed attorney practicing with the law firm of Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright. Daniel was born in California, but spent much of his childhood in Lindon, Utah. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2013. Daniel then attended William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada - Las Vegas on a merit based academic scholarship and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2017. During his law school years, Daniel worked as an intern to the Honorable Judge Kenneth Cory and worked as a law clerk for an estate and probate litigation law firm. While in law school, Daniel was a member of the Nevada Law Journal, a member of the Las Vegas Student Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and earned a C.A.L.I award in Employment Discrimination. Since graduated and becoming licensed to practice law, Daniel worked as an associated attorney practicing in civil litigation, business litigation, personal injury law, and probate and estate litigation. Daniel is married and has three children. When not working with and advocating for his clients, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
