Daniel W. Munley

Daniel W. Munley has represented individuals and families in complex personal injury litigation for more than 20 years, with a special focus in tractor trailer accident litigation. Munley served as Chairperson of the American Association for Justice’s Trucking Litigation Group from 2011-2012, and currently serves on the executive board for that group. He has been certified by the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America. A nationally recognized leader in trucking law, Munley has been invited to speak on trucking law and other legal matters at events all over the country.

A Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate, Munley has been named among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania, and listed in the Best Lawyers in America. In 2015, he obtained the second-highest settlement in Pennsylvania on behalf of one of his truck accident clients.
