      Biography

At the age of 11 Danielle decided she wanted to be an attorney. She did not fully understand what that meant, but she knew the attorneys she saw on television righted wrongs and spoke up for the powerless. As a teen, she witnessed first-hand how the legal system worked and did not work for her family. This reinforced her conviction that she should be an advocate for others by being a lawyer.

In her childhood diary, she wrote out a plan for her legal career. Graduate from high school, go to college and be accepted to law school. She achieved these goals, first graduating from the HBCU Jackson State University summa cum laude and then receiving a full academic scholarship to attend Northeastern University School of Law.

Danielle started her legal career defending workers who were unjustly fired. She also spent several years working in the legal department of the United States Postal Service. After comparing working directly for the interest of people and working for a large corporate entity she was convinced her heart was with the people, and since 2012 she has worked exclusively representing individuals who have been harmed and treated unfairly by their employer, the federal government, or other individuals.

As she planned how to achieve her goals to become a lawyer as a teen, she approaches her cases the same way as a lawyer. She assesses what is best for each client and works zealously to achieve the desired outcome.

Today, Danielle focuses on protecting individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own. She works to ensure her clients receive the best possible outcome. Sometimes this is achieved through reaching fair settlements for clients, other times this is achieved by filing a lawsuit and pursuing justice within the court system. Danielle is ready and able to pursue either path to make sure her client is made whole.

When not working Danielle enjoys gardening, planting, and traveling with her husband Chad. She is the mother to three awesome children, and she has worked tirelessly to mold them into strong, capable, and independent young adults.
