Danielle was born on April 13, 1992 in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and moved to the Everett area during elementary school where she lived until she graduated from Everett High School. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies in 2013 from California University of Pennsylvania in California, Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude. She also received a Master of Arts degree in Applied Criminology in 2015 from California University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2016 from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During her time at Duquesne, she interned with the United States Attorney's Office at the Department of Justice, DLA Piper in Cologne, Germany, and the Allegheny County Public Defender's Office. In her last year of law school she was hired as a law clerk in the City of Pittsburgh Law Department, primarily working in the areas of employment discrimination and tort litigation. She is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Blair County Bar Association. Miss Donivan was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 2016 and concentrates her practice in the following areas: Family Law (Divorce, Property Division, Alimony, Custody, Visitation, Child Support, and Spousal Support), Child Welfare Law, Criminal Law, and Wills/POA's.
