Daphne Duplessis Saddler

Daphne Duplessis Saddler was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She attended the University of Massachusetts, where she obtained a degree in Political Science. She then moved to Gainesville, Florida and attended the University of Florida law school, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate.

After graduating law school, Daphne served as a Criminal Defense Attorney with the Public Defender’s Office in Lake City, Florida. She handled misdemeanor and felony cases. She also handled juvenile cases. She served as lead trial attorney in cases ranging from simple theft to drug trafficking and assault with firearm.

Daphne later served as a Civil Litigation Attorney at a well-regarded insurance defense firm in Gainesville, Florida. She defended against personal injury claims, construction defect claims, and premises liability claims.

In 2016, Daphne moved to Georgia to be closer to family members. She worked for a personal injury firm where she handled car-wreck cases and premises liability cases. She fought for her injured Clients from beginning to end and represented her Clients zealously. In 2019, we welcomed Daphne to John Foy & Associates.

Daphne enjoys traveling, art museums, mystery-thriller novels, Soca and Zouk and other international music genres, spending time with family, and volunteering with non-profit organizations.
