Darby Hoggatt is the owner and managing attorney at Hoggatt Law Office, P.C., and he has been aggressively fighting for the rights of injured people for over 20 years. He believes in handling every case efficiently, exceeding expectations, and giving every client the personal attention they deserve.
Darby has selectively chosen a team of highly skilled and experienced attorneys and paralegals who work together to achieve excellent results for people who have been injured through no fault of their own. They focus on getting their clients the best medical care possible, and the compensation they need in order to move forward with their lives after a devastating event.
Darby is a native of Wyoming and South Dakota. After graduating from Spearfish High School in 1988, he attended the University of Wyoming. It was at the University of Wyoming that he obtained a Bachelor of Science in finance (1992) and a law degree (1995).
After passing the Colorado and Wyoming bar exams in the Fall of 1995, Hoggatt worked in general practice with the Hughes Law Office in Sundance, Wyoming from 1996 through 1997. He passed the South Dakota bar exam in 1996 and then worked as a mortgage banker in Las Vegas, Nevada.
In November of 1999, Darby started practicing workers’ compensation, personal injury, auto accident, and social security disability law in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Attorney Hoggatt is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Workers' Compensation Education Association. Both organizations are comprised of lawyers who represent the injured in their claims against insurance companies.
