Using the valuable experience Ms. Snead gained on the defense side, she currently represents individuals who have been injured in auto accidents, motorcycle accidents or trucking accidents, as well as family members who have had a loved one die in an auto accident. Ms. Snead also represents clients in the area of family law, including divorce, paternity, child support, and timesharing issues, as well as modifications of final judgments. Ms. Snead has represented clients in over 100 trials and over 1,000 mediations.
Ms. Snead graduated from Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. She began her career as an Assistant State Attorney at the State Attorney's Office in Bartow, Florida. After obtaining her license to practice law in the State of Illinois, she practiced law in the Chicago area in the areas of criminal law, family law, and medical malpractice defense before returning to the Lakeland, Florida area.
