Practicing since December 1980 (40 years). Founding member of California DUI Lawyers Association (CDLA) and Specialist Member of CDLA. founding member of DUI Defense Lawyers Association (DUIDLA). The only California lawyer to secure a unanimous decision (7 in favor, 0 opposed) in a DUI case in the California Supreme Court (People v. McNeal, (2009) 46 Cal.4th 1183, changing the law on breath testing.
I have successfully jury tried over 1,100 DUI trials, including Felonies and Misdemeanors. My success rate is better than 93%. Nobody can perform better for you than I can perform.
