David Lucas graduated cum laude from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2001 where he served on The Journal of Contemporary Health Law and Policy, and was the recipient of the 2001 Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law Award from the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law and the Bureau of National Affairs. Upon graduation, David Lucas worked as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Dennis M. McHugh of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. He also worked on workers' compensation cases and general civil litigation matters for O'Connell, O'Connell & Sarsfield prior to joining Zipin Melehy & Driscoll in 2004. David Lucas is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
