David is a graduate of Allegheny College and of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He interned for the Honorable Mark V. Tranquilli of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, as well as for Bassi Vreeland & Associates, in years prior to his hiring. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Pennsylvania.
