Biography
As a trial lawyer, I see people at a time when they are in their greatest need. Unfortunately, it's not easy to choose the right lawyer for your case. If you choose a lawyer who will never go to court, you are destined to settle your case for too little. Lawyers who never go to court by definition always take the last best offer to settle. Insurance companies know which lawyers will always talk their clients into a settlement.
I am Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial. I'm proud to go to trial when necessary to protect my clients. There is no greater calling, as a trial lawyer, than to fight for someone who can't fight for themselves. I have tried cases through central Florida, from dog bites and trip and falls to auto accidents and wrongful death. I have fought for my client's injuries in the courtroom against careless landowners, distracted or impaired drivers, and unscrupulous attorneys who cause their clients harm.
