Biography
David Hastings founded his personal injury law firm Hastings & Hastings in Arizona in 1981. Mr. Hastings graduated from the University of Arizona's Law School with Distinction. He was admitted to practice by the State Bar of Arizona in 1979 and licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Court of Arizona. Mr. Hastings has been called “The Discounting King” for his revolutionary approach to legal fees for accident victims. He pioneered his discount fee with those victims in mind who may not otherwise contact an attorney.
