David has specialized in the practice of Family law for over 35 years. Over his career, David has participated in thousands of trials and hearings in the field of Family law. He has developed and continues to develop an emphasis toward Collaborative Family Law and mediation related to Family Law issues, including but not limited to legal custody and placement issues, maintenance (alimony) issues, and all financial issues presented in the numerous Family Law cases he has handled.
Credentials/EducationDavid earned a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University, graduating cum laude. He earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School.
MembershipsDavid is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association. He has served on the Board of Commissioners of the City of Waukesha Housing Authority and the Waukesha County Ethics Board of Commissioners for 28 and 12 years respectively. He is presently the chair of both. David has also been an Arbitrator on the Wisconsin State Bar Fee Arbitration Panel for over 15 years.
PersonalDavid participates in a number of pro bono activities, including, but not limited to his contribution at the Waukesha County Family Law Clinic.
