David Mongillo is an associate with the firm, and focuses his practice in the areas of Municipal and School Law where he advises Boards of School Directors, Boards of Supervisors, Planning Commissions and Zoning Hearing Boards on a variety of issues. In addition, David is a member of the Litigation group where he represents local utility companies and several unions in a full spectrum of legal matters.
David is admitted to practice in all state courts throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania having graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Prior to joining Tucker, David served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Daniel J. Milliron, Pribanic, Pribanic & Archinaco, LLC, and as Legal Extern to the Hon. Judith K. Fitzgerald and a legal intern for the Center for Children's Law and Policy in Washington D.C. In addition, David acted as Mock Trial Attorney Advisor, Tyron Area High School, Tyrone, PA.
Before entering law school, David earned an M.A. in Special Education for Children with Emotional Disabilities from George Washington University in Washington D.C., and spent several years as a Special Education Teacher to students in grades 9 through 11 at RICA Southern Maryland. In addition to teaching Spanish 1 and Journalism, David was the English Department Chair. David earned his B.A. in English from the University of Virginia.
