David J. Munoz is the managing partner at the firm. He focuses his practice in the area of plaintiff's personal injury cases. Utilizing his science and research background, David is able to gain a better understanding of his clients injuries. He has helped litigate a variety of personal injury cases including automobile accidents, serious 18 wheeler trucking accidents, pedestrian injuries, medical malpractice cases, slip and fall injuries, wrongful death and premises liability cases.
David completed his undergraduate education at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas where he received his Bachelors degree in Biology, 2002. He continued his education at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he received his Masters in Biology with a concentration in Physiology. David received an academic scholarship and was a teaching assistant/lab instructor during his graduate education. After graduate school, David worked for the University of Texas Health Science Center as the Senior Research Assistant in the Psychiatry and Pharmacology Departments. He also taught as an Adjunct Professor in the Alamo Community College District.
He later returned to St. Mary's University for law school, where he was involved in student government and various mock trial competitions. Throughout law school, David clerked at Tyler and Peery, an AV rated personal injury firm in San Antonio. He also served as President of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Student Division at St. Mary's University. David obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2008.
