David P. Dekle

David Dekle is a top rated trial attorney with over 21 years of experience handling lawsuits in state and federal courts in Georgia. A former insurance defense lawyer, David spent the first part of his career in a large law firm defending corporations, local governments, retail establishments, physicians, and insurance companies that had been sued for personal injury, wrongful death, civil rights violations, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, product liability, and medical malpractice.

After 21 years, David stepped out to begin his own law practice. His mission: To zealously represent injured victims and their families who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others. He serves the Augusta Bridge Ministry as a volunteer and plays guitar for his church's praise band. David is married to Patricia, and they have five children.
