David Wallis graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2006. While in law school David clerked for the Missouri Attorney General's Office, the Missouri State Public Defender, and the Missouri Department of Insurance. Following graduation, he served as Enforcement Counsel for the Missouri Department of Insurance. In 2007 David began his work at the Missouri State Public Defefender where he served as District Defender of the Columbia Trial Office from 2011 to 2018. In this role, David tried over 40 trials to completion.
Joining the private sector and switch to civil law in 2018, David spent two years as an Associate Attorney at Carson & Coil in Jefferson City before joining Rogers | Ehrhardt as a Principal in 2020.
