      Biography

      DAVID RUSSMAN is counsel in the Boston office. He is a business litigator with a wide-range of experience. He has represented multi-national corporations to small, family-owned businesses to individuals. Aggressive and resourceful, David is perceptive regarding his clients' needs. His zealousness is tempered with empathy that allows him to tackle his clients' issues while being aware of, and responsive to, the anxiety that clients feel when faced with legal challenges. He is skilled in litigating complex business disputes, contract matters, and torts including products and premises liability. He practices in state and federal court in Massachusetts.

      David received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Suffolk Law School, where he was an editor on the Suffolk Law Review. After law school, David clerked for the Honorable Frank H. Freedman, of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Prior to attending law school, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University.
