David received his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at Northridge in 1979 and went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Idaho. He was admitted to practice in 1983 and is a member of the California State Bar, the Antelope Valley Bar Association, and the California Applicant’s Attorneys Association.
