David V. Chipman enjoys zealously representing his clients. He began his legal career as an Air Force Judge Advocate, and he subsequently worked for a local law firm as well as a federal attorney and supervisor of over 50 employees before joining the firm now known as Monzón, Guerra & Chipman.
He represents clients on a myriad of family law matters, including divorces, custody disputes, grandparent visitation, guardianships, and protection orders.
Dave also specializes in personal injury, representing injured parties who have been in auto accidents.
Dave is also a very experienced appellate attorney, having matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Nebraska Supreme Court, and the Nebraska Court of Appeals.
